I'd learned almost as much just by playing around in SoundDiver for a couple of days. There are some pretty good tips and rules of thumb. Plus, it comes with a disk with .WAV and AIFF files for import, as well as some LOGIC utility (too bad I use Cakewalk). I can't say it was great, but it was generally good reading, and the guys who wrote it definitely have a good sense of humor (once again contributing to the readability). If you're new to programming, it's probably worth it--MUCH better than the manual.
