Error 37 When Loading Patches

Trouble Loading Patches

      I just got the K5k and was attempting to load patches from disk, as per the
      "instructions" in the manual. Every time, without fail, when I tried to execute
      the load I received Error Message 37. It will not allow me to load patches! Is there
      something I should be doing which is not in the manual? It doesn't matter whether
      I'm loading patches from this site, Kawai's site, or from the included disk.

      Not sure if you've done it already, but you might need to turn the memory
      protection off. It's in the System menu somewhere, but I don't have my K5K with me
      right now.
